All children and youth under 16 appointments require an initial parent/guardian appointment to be booked in advance, this appointment is a full billable session for the parent/guardian(s) only.

We encourage all patients who are sick, or experiencing symptoms such as fever, sore throat, trouble breathing, coughing to change the session to virtual or call to reschedule your appointment at 780-467-0700.

The recommended fee schedule set out by the Psychologists’ Association of Alberta (PAA) for individual therapy is $220 for a 50-minute session. Your extended healthcare plan may cover a portion or the total cost of psychological services up to a maximum annual amount. NOTE: We cannot guarantee if your plan covers a particular Mental Health Professional, please verify with your insurance coverage BEFORE booking.

Hailey is a provisional psychologist who works with teenagers and adults who need help with anxiety disorders, depression, trauma (PTSD), relationship issues, family issues, sex and intimacy issues, or sexual trauma. She uses a variety of modalities including EMDR, emotionally focused therapy (EFT) cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and narrative therapy. Hailey also works with couples and families to improve communication, intimacy, and to address issues within romantic or familial relationships.

As each person’s journey is different, she believes in using an integrative approach to therapy that best fits each client’s individual needs. Further, she believes the client is the expert of their own story, and it is her job to facilitate exploration of that story, as well as help them towards healing.

Linda has worked in the mental health field since 2010, previously working in the school system and forensic assessment. She combines Solution Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavior Therapy with mind-body interventions like Focusing, EMDR, and clinical hypnosis. She invites clients to bring forward all experiences, struggles, and challenges that encourages an individual to seek out support and counselling. Andrea is a compassionate, approachable, calm, and supportive psychologist that strives to create a united front with her clients. Who Can Andrea Help? Andrea provides support for all adolescent and adult individuals, and can relate to those with law enforcement or first responder backgrounds. Andrea’s Approaches Andrea works from a client-centered and collaborative approach in which she believes that individuals are the experts of their own lives and have skills and strengths that can be utilized and explored. In addition, she uses counselling theories such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), harm reduction, trauma-informed practices, attachment theory, meditation, and mindfulness. The therapeutic relationship develops from creating an empathetic stance in which you are respected, listened to, and supported, in order to help you achieve your goals. She truly feels that it is an honor to sit with the client as they share their life and will join in on the journey throughout the counselling process. More About Andrea Andrea completed her Master’s in Counselling Psychology at City University. Her professional background includes working within correctional services both within the front line and in supervisory roles, since 2005. She has also worked as an addiction counsellor for a nonprofit agency. Additionally, physical fitness and nutrition are her passion in which she has worked as personal fitness trainer for over 10 years. An important component of her work pertains to working with clients impacted by trauma, substance use, and addictions. Andrea feels that counselling is an adaptive and evolving process, she enjoys cultivating her skills in the field by reading books and participating in courses and workshops. Uzma specializes in formal assessment with RCMP and CAF members as well as other first responders. She completes a VAC form while doing these assessments to allow for appropriate compensation due to workplace incidents. She is able to offer any individual, whether it’s a first responder or not, a functional assessment that investigates trauma, personality, and psychopathology as well as treatment recommendations for these areas. Uzma completed her PhD in Rehabilitation Sciences from McMaster University focusing on health assessment. She has two Master degrees, a Master of Science and a Master of Counselling. She has been a sessional instructor at MacEwan University in the Department of Public Safety since 2014, and she has a textbook titled Police Response to Mental Health
